The outside area is further enhanced by a very large terrace with two more dinning tables, patio furniture and cushions, brick built barbecue, American pool table and a table tennis table.
This area is for those who seek space, tranquillity and seclusion, without sacrificing the local amenities of Puerto Del Carmen, Old Town and harbour, which are only a ten minute walk away. The main central avenue of Puerto del Carmen, with its fine sandy beaches and a great selection of good restaurants, shops and super markets. A car is desirable but not essential although seeing the island is a must do while you are here.
There is a beautiful lounge and dining area where you can watch the full Sky Satellite TV package on a 42" Plasma Screen TV, a Bose iPod Docking Station as well as a DVD player and music system. The villa has three enchanting bedrooms each with it's own ceiling fan, one with a double bed/en-suite with separate shower and bath and two twin rooms with one main elegant bathroom. Hairdriers are provided. Even the towels provided are of extremely high quality.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle to mention just some of the conveniences. From the kitchen there is a connecting door to a utility room where you will find a washing machine and drying area.
