We arrived back from the villa today and had to write to you to express how much we enjoyed it. Your Villa is beautiful and you have gone to great lengths to make the holiday as enjoyable as possible. The welcome hamper was a really lovely gesture and very much appreciated.
The weather from Thursday to Monday was windy and cloudy but there was plenty of things in the villa to keep us entertained until the sun decided to shine.
The position of the villa is perfect for eating out and getting around the island. I would definitely recommend your villa to anyone, and hope to return soon. Thank you very much

On arriving to the villa it was evident that it was top quality from opening the door to the grounds. Fantastic pool,and great outside living area the villa itself was very well laid out and sparkling clean.The kitchen has everything you could possibly want including utensils for the bbq which you can't resist to try.
As the weather changed with very unusual storms for a couple of days there was plenty to do with a good selection of DVD,s, games,books,CD,s and satalite TV and also a very spacious covered patio area.The location was excellent with a 2 to 3 minute stroll to the beach and just a couple more to bars, shop and resturaunts The villa is very private and secure as we have a toddler [14 months] and a 11year old so this was ideal .
We find it impossible to criticize the villa and its location as although we did'nt have the glorious weather we have had in the past in february we all had a brilliant time and can't wait to return . Many thanks to Eric & pauline for a well stocked welcome pack and a great villa.Not forgetting lionel and the maids who were very pleasant and friendly.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this villa, our second stay as we also stayed for 2 weeks in August 2008.
I can honestly say that this is a 5 star villa that is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pictures and description on the internet don't do it justice!
The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay a very pleasant one.
It is very clean and well maintained by Lionel and the 4 cleaning ladies who do their utmost not to disturb your holiday.
Eric and Pauline made the organisation of our holiday straightforward and uncomplicated. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends and family.

I have recently got back from Villa Oliver (23rd July 09) and it is the best villa I have stayed in... it is exactly like you see in the pictures, amazing pool and is a very well decorated modern villa with every thing you need, in a perfect location. I would highly recommend 5*****

10 years since out last visit to the island but won't be 10 years till our next. This is the only place to stay on Lanzarote. What you see on the internet is even better in the flesh.
Beautifully appointed, great service from Lionel and the cleaning ladies, and not forgetting the owners Eric and Pauline.
Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing week and still envisage sitting on the veranda with book and wine whilst back here in Scotland with the Scottish sunshine (dull and wet!).
Highly recommended to all for it's convenience to amenities, etc, but mainly for the sheer luxury of finding a holiday home that can please all ages - young and old. Congratulations Eric and Pauline.

just booked for third visit. Five star villa in every sense.well located. brilliant amenities. beautifully maintained.swimming pool is outstanding. close to shops, and bars if you want to go out. pool table,darts,satelite tv,i pod docking station,barbecue if you dont.lionel who maintains the villa is very helpful if you require anything else.

We have been to a number of villas over the years with varying degrees of success. Villa L`Olivier was by far the most outstanding villa, excellent location, 5 star accommodation and outstanding service from both the owners Eric and Pauline, not forgetting `the cleaning ladies`.
We hope to make Villa L`Olivier our winter destination and would recommend it couples, families old and young.

Eric's level of customer service is second to none, ranging from restaurant recommendations, booking of a hire car and a courtesy call during our stay. Villa Olivier is excellently appointed and spotlessly clean. It's in a prime location for the beach, local shops and bars.
The recommended 'Cabana' restaurant is a must and Lionel the house manager is an excellent source of information about the island for first time visitors. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated on arrival and is a very nice touch.
This villa is ideal for a quiet getaway to recharge the batteries or equally for the average families needs.
The villa is conveniently close to the airport, however we experienced no disturbance from aircraft at all.

Thanks to Eric and Pauline for a fantastic holiday in their beautiful villa olivier. The description in relation to the location was spot on, the layout was super the swimming pool was heated as stated with jacuzzi, the girls had great fun playing pool.
On arrival Lionel showed us the workings of everything i.e alarms, safe, air conditioning. The property was spotless and Lionel and the maids exceptional.
Eric the owner provided us with everything that was required for our holiday with the assistance of Lionel.
I would definately recommend this property to family and friends as the location was fantastic and the service great.
Overall we felt totally relaxed after our weeks holiday it was exactly as Eric described it, we enjoyed mostly the location of the villa as we did not have to use taxi's and were able to walk everywere. The restaurants were fantastic and even the chinese beside the spar shop was exceptional as recommended by one of the neighbours.
Once again thanks a million for being honest and straight about the villa its exactly as it says on the internet will definately be back again soon.

Dear Eric and Pauline,
Well, we arrived home from lanzarote yesterday evening......What a fantastic villa, so beautiful, just as it looked on the website and as you described it. The weather was great, the villa was fantastic (including the welcome hamper (brilliant) and the towels...plentiful, fluffy and luxurious!!) and the pool was superb. We are so grateful to have experienced it and it made for a truely superb holiday. So superb in fact that we were consumed in such a bubble of perfectness that we forgot that the clocks had gone forward and almost missed our flight home!!
Thanks to a very helpful spanish official, we got on the plane...just, and are now back down to earth with a bump! We would certainly like to come again in the future...

One of the best Villas we have ever stayed in. Everything was of extremely high standard and very clean. The location of the Villa is situated in a nice residential area with a beautiful secluded garden / pool giving total privacy. Eric and Lionel were very helpfull with providing information on good restaurants etc. The BBQ was one of the best we have used. We are sure you won't be dissapointed and like us will want to return again 2009.

5 star spacious villa, immaculately presented, superb high quality fixtures and fittings throughout, quality comfortable (orthopaedic?) beds, wide screen TV, lovely dining room, well equipped kitchen.
This villa is like a show house, nothing out of place. Pool heated, outdoor area very well kept and private. The first thing that strikes you about the setting is how quiet it is, peaceful, relaxing (apart from the kids shrieking as they jump in and out of the pool!). There are separate areas in the outside area for shade, sunbathing and enjoying a glass of vino (also accessed from patio doors through the master bedroom).
Outside pool table and table tennis proved a big hit with us whilst "Mother" escaped to read under the shade of the patio umbrellas. The shops and old town are a short ten minute stroll downhill and there is a beautiful marina literally two minutes drive away. When we return to Lanzarote we will we booking this villa again (if there is any availability!) - Excellent!

My wife and I enjoyed a great week here at the start of Feb10. As someone involved in the cleaning industry I was delighted to find that this property was absolutley immaculate in terms of decor and hygene. The owner and the caretaker obviously have high standards.
The location is quiet and well away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen, although the old port can be reached with a 15 min walk. A bit longer on the return as you are going uphill. Although not entirely necessary I would advise having a car unless the pubs and bars of the town are your thing. Sophistication can be found within a short drive of this villa's location if you prefer your restaurants to be cordon bleu rather than cordon blimey!
Again I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and should the occasion arise my wife and I might well return.

I have just returned from 2 weeks of absolute luxury, I have been to many villas over the years and I can honestly say this is as good as you can get.
The interior of the property is fitted out to an excellent standard but it is outside where it really comes into its own with a beautiful heated swimming pool set amongst a lovely garden, it even has a pool table and table tennis to keep the kids happy
I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa if you want total relaxation in the lap of luxury

We have just returned from two weeks stay in villa Bellisima, and what a villa it is! My family have been going to lanza for 10 yrs now and stayed in many villas over the island.
Villa Bellisima is by far the best we have stayed. The villa is of excellent standard and is just like the web site photos(What you see is what you get) It is a credit to the owners.
There was six of us on this holiday my parents, myself, my husband and two boys aged 9 and 13, we were all kept entertained with the pool table, table tennis and the wide range of DVD's, The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds, it was just a fab holiday and a real pleasure to stay at villa Bellisima. We will be returning in the future.
We didnt have a car and never do when we stay in puerto-del-carmen, as it is easy to get about on public transport and taxis are reasonable.

We have stayed at Villa Bellisima twice and already booked again for 2009.
The property is magnificent. Internally it is exactly as depicted in the photographs; spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and with everything in good working order. But it is externally that it really comes into its own - the pool sparkles in a very attractive and private outside space with different levels, well tended gardens and a number of tables and chair sets offering a choice of sunbathing areas and plenty of shade.

Visited Eric and Pauline's Villa Bellisima in May 2008 after an earlier visit to their other propery Villa L'Olivier.
This has to be the finest holiday home weve ever stayed in ! The detail to which the property is finished is astonishing,it has obviously been a labour of love !
Beautifully appointed throughout,and pool and garden are superb.
Situated 10 mins from airport and 10 mins walk to the harbor of the old town.
As before restaraunts and bars in abundance to suit all pockets,food and service superb.
Were planning another visit Mid 2008

We stayed at the Villa Bellisima in March 2008 and had a wonderful time. The villa was everything the photographs promised and more and the villa is maintained to the very highest standards. The villa is very spacious, extremely clean and has a feel of luxury about it meaning we didn't always want to go out as we were more than comfortable staying around the swimming pool, having a BBQ, watching a DVD in the beautifully furnished lounge or playing pool outside on the terrace.
I would thoroughly recommend the Bellisima to anyone who wants a villa with that little something extra and a real "home from home" experience.
